We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the communal areas, which made it incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and amenities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The staff - especially Kamil was wonderful. We had to seek medical attention and Kamil accompanied us, helped us with translation and even paid some fee in polish currency- not usual for normal hotel staff. We have also received a free room upgrade. Kamil was by far the most service oriented person and the hotel should be lucky to have him. On our departure day he arranged a very affordable taxi ride for a longer distance.

Nice design of rooms. Excellent breakfast. Possible usage of SPA and fitness. Location of the hotel, which is not in the centre.
