The staff were phenomenal- special shout out to Alamgir, Hamidul, Mohasin from the butler and food services, Rahma and Bourhan from the breakfast dining hall place for their impeccable services, and for taking care of our every need. They truly were exceptional. Loved the vibe and music at Sax whilst the food at Novikov was excellent. The room was big and spacious and the bed heavenly! Lovely Christmas tree and decor too.

Awesome hotel. Service is fantastic, everyone is doing their best. We had half board included, both breakfast and dinner is at the Coral restaurant with great choices. Just a tip, at breakfast there is an "Eggs Station" so you can order things like eggs royale to your table. Pool and beach also great and well supervised which gives great comfort when you are with kids. If you rented a car too then you can park it free sort of underground and there's also a valet service so you can drive up to the door and let them park your car for you. There is a supervised indoor play area where you can leave your child few few hours and there is a kids playground outside too with shadows. Very recommended hotel!

The high quality of RC is always guaranteed and I do love booking my stays at RC ww. Amazing location, excellent services, incredible fitness areas - with the women only that I do love for more private training, nice pool indoor for the very early morning session and great pool area outside with the perfect chill out music. Breakfast is always excellent, especially berrys.

Despite staying at Kempinski for only one night, we were blown away by the beauty of the resort, from the spectacular lobby decor to the architecture, it looks and feels like an Arabic palace on its own secluded island. The room was huge, we loved the beach area and there were plenty of facilities for children. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we would like to thank Kim and Safaa in particular for the lovely surprise they organised for my husband's birthday.
