We had a very nice apartment on the first floor. The bed was amazing, very big. There was a nice atmosphere around, very chill and relaxed. We decided right away that we wanted to extend our stay and thanks to the nice lady at the reception that was possible. The beach is beautiful, when it's low tide you can walk almost up until the reef. Nice bar area for drinks and good food!

The location was absolutely beautiful being located right in the jungle. it was so lovely going to sleep to the sounds of the bush. Food was the best we had on the island. made with so much love! The owner was absolutely lovely and she went above and beyond to make our stay homely and comfortable. I’m definitely going to miss this place!

Koh Ngai is an absolutely paradise-like destination, but travelers shouldn’t expect ultra-luxury resorts on the island. That said, it remains a considerably more expensive destination compared to the Thai standard. Thanya Beach Resort is arguably the best hotel on the island, located at one end of the main beach. Its laid-back yet well-equipped atmosphere offers everything needed for a truly memorable stay. Special mention goes to the always-smiling and helpful staff, as well as the excellent restaurant. We left the hotel but wished we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location just on the beach. Big rooms, very clean, good food in the restaurant, very polite waiters, jungle is near. Water is clean a lot of fish you can see.
