Bed linen and towels are provided. Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Set right in the heart of Escaldes, this modern hotel is located just 150 metres from Andorra's pedestrian shopping area, the town’s famous Caldea spa and from the new spa centre Inúu. It is conveniently located to access all Andorra’s ski slopes. Free WiFi is offered throughout and free ski storage is available in the hotel's reception. The breakfast was mostly a very large selection of continental--breads, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, juices--but they did ask if I wanted cooked eggs, and would cook bacon, too. Very modern, very comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful staff, especially Bennie. Good location, near to bus stops, a tourist office, the main shopping street, the spas. I was very happy there.

There is easy access to the shops and ski slopes A very nice hotel on the river, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a 4-minute walk from the main center in Andorra (where the street goes left into ‘old town’ and right into the shopping district). The hotel has access to an underground parking (for a fee, part of which the hotel subsidizes), has a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and a spa with thermal water. The rooms are big and the bathroom has a bathtub. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (special thanks to Filip!). Andorra is adorable!

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Excellent breakfast och service. Wonderful host who gave us good tips of hiking.
