The property is non-smoking and is located 14 km from Katoomba Scenic World. Absolutely fantastic cottage which was even more charming than I'd imagined. The attention to detail was wonderful and there was always something new to spot around the cottage, be it an interesting old picture or a vintage camera. Charm overload and great amenities - everything you need if you plan to cook there... or simply make some breakfast with a quality kettle and toaster! Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Blackheath town centre is a 5-minute drive away. This place truly is a hidden gem. We didn't make it in time for reception hours, but when I called the staff member was very warm, friendly and accommodating. She explained the check in process in detail (which was very easy). The accommodation is so homely. They leave a complimentary packet of marshmallows to use in the communal fire pit, there are free laundry services, a heated indoor pool, a games room and beautifully manicured gardens and open grassed areas. Native wildlife was abundant and it's hidden in a quiet location that is super easy to find. Definitely worth the stay and I wish we could have stayed longer.
