Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Guests can pamper themselves at the spa centre including facilities such as sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam and massage. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

The spa area includes different types of saunas, a hot tub, a steam bath and a relaxation area. Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. We had an amazing travel! Very clean, very comfortable rooms.

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine.

All rooms at the Hotel Perun are air-conditioned and have a balcony offering views of the Pirin Mountains' foothills. Free Wi-Fi is available in all of them. Our stay at Perun Hotel was amazing. We will definitely be back again as it met all of our expectations. The room was tastefully refurbished, clean and cosy.

(with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. The five-star luxury hotel features 157 Alpine-style rooms, including 25 suites and an exclusive Presidential Suite, fully renovated Kempinski The Spa, four conference rooms and dining rooms with spectacular views of the majestic Pirin Mountains, offering an authentic Kempinski gourmet experience. Location, service, staff, facilities... the jacuzzi outside was super cool. all was top ! Well done guys

Bed linen is featured. Great accommodation with breakfast included. The breakfast was homemade traditional Bulgarian food and it was absolutely delicious.

This is my second stay at the Twin House, and both visits have exceeded my expectations. The staff are fantastic, the rooms perfect in all ways and the extra facilities, kitchen with coffee machine including ground coffee and lounge, can fulfil all one's needs. The pool is clean and there are ample loungers to lie upon. I could ask for no more!
