We got free upgrade to a room with hot tub. Room was so spacious, clean and full of supplies. Breakfast in bed was simply amazing. Staff is so polite. Free coffee is always a bonus.

Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful ... I even got a lift to a car hire after my original booking went wrong. Niagara on the lake a very pretty little town and glad I visited. There are some great wineries nearby.
