Black Rock Oceanfront Resort offers a spectacular escape for storm watching, whale watching, beach adventures, or romantic retreats, any time of year. The staff were exceptional. Friendly and very helpful whether it was the reception or either of the restaurants. Felt very welcomed. The room was incredibly comfortable and delightful to relax in. Also very private. The resort had quite a few guests but it was very easy to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful environment, crashing waves, and general peace.

Featuring historic décor, this adult-only Victoria accommodation was originally built in 1930. A gourmet breakfast is served each morning. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The Victoria Clipper is 2 km away. Cannot fault anything about the hotel. But the best thing was the staff. So friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have wished for a better hotel

The road to Ucluelet was closed on the day of our arrival. We were regularely updated by mail about the situation.

Beautiful, quiet and private location Lovely, big and very comfortable rooms Friendly and helpful staff at the reception who very promptly and professionally solved an issue we had with the reservation, thank you! High quality and tasty dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was also good, but we would have preferred a buffet option as it took quite some time and was quite expensive to order breakfast separately.

The property was built in 2016 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.8 km from Newcastle Island Marine Park. Bright, clean, comfortable! Equipt with everything!

Terrylynn was delightful and offers a personal touch. Good local store selling everything. Locals very welcoming. 206 was the best!

The apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and a private balcony and furnished patio. Very nice apartment hotel near the Coc Beach. We were located in the apartment beat the beach which was a great advantage. Comfortable bed and quite big bathroom and kitchen area. We didn’t use a hot tube as you need a key for it and works only during the reception hours. Generally I looked this place a lot.

This was a true bed and breakfast experience with great hospitality.
