From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

For those who would like to be taken on a gourmet journey, we can recommend our awarded 1* Michelin Star & 17-point Gault Millau fine dining restaurant Radius - By Stefan Beer, where regional products are prepared in a unique way at the highest level. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

For car owners, the hotel has a large underground parking lot at a very reasonable cost of 12 francs for 24 hours, but you have to reserve the parking lot in advance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in planning our trip around the Thun and Brienz lakes. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The toilet and shower are separated, so two people can use them at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel has a heated pool and spa.

Spacious room, A/C, functional kitchen, super nice terrace with amazing views from the mountain. Short walking distance from downtown, yet very clam neighborhood.

They are decorated in marine colours with white furniture. the owner is super friendly and helpful. just inform them about your wear about and stay in touch with the owner; understand the rules which is clearly mentioned on their site while booking. Pls do not go by a few negative reviews which some people have posted. the location is amazing, rooms are very clean and hygienic. and the breakfast was also fresh and delicious.
