It was my wife’s birthday, and they brought flowers, arranged a cake, and even upgraded our room to a suite for free. In short, they are amazing. We had a fantastic time!

At Acasa Suites Zurich Oerlikon guests are welcome to take advantage of a wellness and spa area, with sauna, steam bath and massages. On site is also a library as well as business booths with the latest technical infrastructure, offering a quiet and relaxed working atmosphere. I wanted the quiestest place I could find, and I searched lots of places on booking.com only to finally settle on this place based on previous reviews. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, the A/C was quiet, and I slept very well. The shower was great. The restaurant was awesome and the staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn't think of anything to write in the negative part of the review. If you want quiet, this is your spot.

The hotel is situated in Zurich's Old Town, 200 meters from the Grossmünster and 500 meters from Lake Zurich, and boasts free WiFi, free access to a wellness center, a restaurant, and a 24-hour reception. The closest tram stop is 50 meters away. Excellent excellent ! The room and washroom were super spacious and right at the lake in the middle of oldtown. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Must try their igniv restaurants which has been awarded Michelin star. Super friendly staff -always ready to help. They are a delight and I plan to come back
