Ideal for short stopovers – I originally planned this as a two‑night rest to avoid a long drive after a flight. While I didn’t have time for the spa, its generally praised 1,000 m² wellness area shows just how full a longer stay could be. Impeccable cleanliness – I hold very high standards for hygiene; the room and public areas surpassed them entirely.

Das Tegernsee offers rooms within the Art Nouveau-style Sengerschloß castle and in its neighbouring buildings. All rooms include a modern bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. I really liked the spa facilities and the luxurious feeling. Room was comfy and the staff delivered to an exceptional and personalised degree. Bubbles for breakfast and the variety in the breakfast club was also very nice.

Mozarteum is 23 km from the bed and breakfast and Festival Hall Salzburg is 23 km away. Everything was absolutely super. Nice hospitality, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. I’d like to come back here.
