Clean and very decorative with lovely members of helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice for everyone. We will look to visit again .

Just 300 metres from Randers Train Station, this modern hotel is set in an elegant, 100-year-old building. WiFi and parking are included. The front desk person was extremely sociable, and even though my room wasn’t quite ready, I was a bit early, she made sure that my room was ready as soon as possible. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the roomie shower was quite a relief after a long day on the train.

Family room was lovely. Had to open the French doors to let cool air in, but that’s normal for Denmark in summer. The bathtub was awesome (and is rare in DK). They have pillow choices at the front desk, and they can do things like loan you a phone charging cable. Breakfast was great–my son was excited to try a chunk of honeycomb. But what really made it *amazing* was the helpful staff. I was dealing with an intense but non-emergency medical situation while staying there, and they went out of their way to help me and my child deal with that–and all with such an attitude of kindness, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff. I recommended the hotel to my husband for the next time his work group needs to schedule a retreat.
