The outstanding service and family-friendly atmosphere made our experience unforgettable. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful pool, a wide beach area, and an engaging kids club supervised by the extremely friendly Nada and Menna. They, together with Ali, organized entertaining kids' nights that my daughter looked forward to every evening. We enjoyed live music each night, provided by a talented guitar player with a wonderful voice. The dining options were impressive, with a delicious open buffet offering a wide variety of savory and sweet dishes. There were really no cons or anything bad to mention during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a memorable getaway!

Located next to Ain Soukhna’s port overlooking the Red Sea, this hotel offers an outdoor pool. The Spa at Stella Sea Club with extra fees providing Sauna, Steam room and relaxing Lounge. Everything about the stay was really nice. The room was big and clean. Room service was great. The food was awesome. The hotel was very busy as our visit was within a holiday with long weekends, so the restaurant was always full, but being patient for a couple of minutes meant you could get a table. The sea and the small "train" to get there were also very nice. The pool "lake" in the center of each sector was also nice and the kids loved it. We didn't use the main pool. There were night shows for the kids, also a small band with music which was good and not very loud. The kids loved The tanoura show. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall it was a very nice experience. We will gladly stay there again.

Il cibo è variegato e gustoso, con opzioni per tutti i gusti. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è senza dubbio lo staff: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a fare il massimo per rendere il soggiorno speciale. Un’attenzione al cliente che va oltre le aspettative! Per il compleanno del mio fidanzato ci hanno persino sorpreso con una torta inaspettata, dimostrando grande cura e ospitalità. Il manager Mohamed Hamed è una presenza costante e attenta, e il suo team è impeccabile nell’ascolto e nel servizio. Le camere vengono pulite quotidianamente, e il servizio cart per raggiungere la spiaggia o tornare in hotel è comodissimo. La spiaggia è meravigliosa, con un mare cristallino che lascia senza fiato. Inoltre, la presenza di un campo da golf aggiunge un tocco di divertimento extra per chi vuole intrattenersi in modo diverso. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto! Consigliatissimo. Grazie mille!
