We were celebrating our engagement and the staff very kindly upgraded us to a nicer room which was beautiful also, with a lovely view of the ocean and the pool area. The room itself was really spacious and clean, and laid out really nicely. The staff could not have been more helpful, any request we had they were more than happy to help. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection of hot and cold food, including really delicious fresh fruit. The spa and relaxation area was great with a heated pool and hot tub.

A very beautiful hotel in the best location. The views from the different parts of the hotel are spectacular!

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. This is an exceptional hotel. The staff is amazing. Everything was perfect, from the moment we checked-in. The restaurant is highly recommended. The view, the location, the service....perfect.

Located 500 meters from Playa de Palma, the hotel offers our guests the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of one of Mallorca’s most popular areas—a paradise of luxury and relaxation. Spa is nice, food is great, evening music concerts in hall are nice. In the hall there is a Stainway&Sons grand piano, if you are a pianist you are allowed to play it, what I did. The stuff is very polite and supportive, they speak German, English and Spanish.

So very glad that we chose this hotel in this lovely charming town. The room was cleaned everyday and I loved the layout and design of the place. It was close to the lively part of town but still nicely tucked away in a quiet street which was perfect. Upon check in the host gave us a list of restaurant recommends and was always just a message away in case you need help. I actually needed to see a doctor on the trip to get prescription for medicine and the host immediately located two clinics I could go to. The bathroom was big and spacious with plenty of space on the counter. The bed was comfy with different pillows depending on your preference. Thank you for an amazing stay!
