The hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast area has a unique charm, like being in a fancy salon. The tables are set with fine porcelain. The food selection is plentiful and delicious, with a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, and jams... The staff is very helpful and focused on guest needs. When I needed something not available at the hotel, one of the receptionists lent me her own. Everyone was friendly and smiling, we had a great time. With a short walk along the lake, you can easily reach the city center, and the beach is just a few minutes away on foot. Merci beaucoup!

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. We are also close to the cinemas, theatre and the best restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here while in Annecy! The room was very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with tea / coffee / other drinks. We hadn't purchased breakfast when booking but decided to add it for one of our mornings. There were so many food options (many sweet and savoury options), an excellent selection of beverages, and fantastic staff! The staff all throughout the hotel was wonderful with all of our questions about recommendations and local laundromats. The extra touches for our honeymoon, and the turn-down treats were so nice. The location was also perfect - we were so close to everything and enjoyed walking around all day without ending up too far from the hotel at the end of the evening.
