The amenities were plentiful including the espresso machine. They prepared a full breakfast.

In the morning, a buffet breakfast is available. This is the nicest hotel in a great location, both for a ski vacation but also for non-skiers. They have great restaurants at the hotel, and it’s a family business which makes everything more welcoming and warm. The rooms are very clean, the shower is excellent. And breakfast was spectacular!

This town house converted into a hotel is set in a quiet dead end street in the heart of Chamonix. This situation is calm yet close to public transportation.

Savour typical specialities in the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel’s restaurant. Very nice facility, very nice owners, excellent breakfast, clean, accommodating. Too bad we could only stay for one night. Would like to have stayed longer.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. A truly beautiful townhouse which is just below the chateau. The views from our room were amazing and the room itself was tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was served on the terrace by the wonderful hosts. Bruno went out of his way to help us get a taxi to a wedding we were attending nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Only accessible by train, departing from Montenvers-Mer de Glace Train Station, Refuge du Montenvers is a shelter-style hotel set in a 19th-century building and located at an altitude of 1913 metres in the Mont-Blanc mountain range. Free WiFi is available. The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. A real treat to feel "on top of the world". The evening meal included was superb and breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and great quality ingredients.

Located in Arbigny, in a historic building, 27 km from Mâcon Exhibition Centre, La Ferme du Bonheur is a bed and breakfast with an infinity pool and garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is allergy-free and is set 43 km from Chalon sur Saône Exhibition Park. When it didn't occur to you that "la ferme" means farm and you find yourself in French village swimming in the pool overlooking pastures, cows, sheep and goats 😊 Pretty unique experience. We stayed two nights with a baby and just relaxed there, didn't need to go anywhere. We enjoyed dinners prepared by the hosts.

La ferme du Grand Faubourg is set in Pont-de-Vaux, 20 km from Mâcon Exhibition Centre, 46 km from Chalon sur Saône Exhibition Park, and 45 km from Nicéphore-Niépce Museum. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This is the second time we have stayed here, which is probably recommendation enough! As before the couple who run it were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, croissants and home made jams. We were in a downstairs bedroom this time and had no problem with the internet. The shower was fine. There was a kettle in the room. The accommodation is within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. This time we had managed to get a booking at Le Raisin just 5 mins walk away and in the Michelin guide. Access from the motorway is easy. We were heading south on our way to Italy and filled up with cheap petrol the evening before when we had come off the motorway.
