The property was lovely, it was in a good location - just a two minute walk and you were in the center. The room was in amazing condition and everything was really clean.

Overlooking Weymouth Bay, No. 98 Boutique Hotel is a newly refurbished Grade II listed Georgian townhouse with free WiFi access. Beautifully styled, super clean, great breakfast options, and delightful hosts (Suzanne and Derek). Perfect location with inexpensive parking very close by. Would highly recommend all round. Thank you for making ours a stay to remember!

Really nice property, our room was a good size, very clean and bathroom in particular was immaculate. The hosts were very kind and friendly. The Breakfast was just superb, such high quality ingredients, it was a delight. Defiantly will book again when we are in the area.

The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming and the room and facilities were perfect and so comfortable. Would definitely go back and use them again. The location was spot on perfectly placed for wandering around Swanage.
