The property is set 3.8 km from Brownsea Castle and 5 km from The Italian Villa. Rooms were spacious and bright. Lovely setting, friendly staff and so close to the Harbour. Food was delicious in the restaurant. We also like the option of taking breakfast away in a takeaway box due to leaving so early to catch a Ferry. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
