The host was so friendly and helpful, her property was beautiful and she went out of her way to accommodate an extra family member. We were away 9 weeks and this was one of our favourite stays. The breakfast was delicious and the location peaceful.

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices, fresh fruits and all, prepared by Fiona, it was delicious and plenty. The place and the room were kept in top shap, clean and as seen on the internet site. Fiona and Allan make you feel at home. Thank you for your hospitality, we definatly recommand your place. Set in 120 acres of scenic Fife countryside, Kilconquhar Castle Estate features a heated indoor swimming pool and horse riding facilities. Everything. The property was amazing. The grounds spectacular. Our Villa was spacious and comfortable. Ponies at our back door. The Staff were really helpful. Breakfast each morning great. We had a really lovely time there.
