Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Made sure we knew how to get to places and alternatives. Breakfast was excellent as well, lots of choices. Room was really comfortable and the location was convenient.

The room was a nice size, the bed was one of the most comfiest that I've had on my travels, the cleanliness was perfect, amenities were plentiful. Parking was easy too, overall a perfect stay for me & i would definitely stay again the next time I'm down that way.

The Spa was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room. great location with easy access to the NEC and the train.
