Kritikakis Village Hotel is located in Ios, within 500 metres from the town centre and just 170 metres from the port. It offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi and it has a swimming pool and a snack bar. The room was very spacious, clean and cozy with a nice terrace with great views of the port and island. It had all the amenities we needed. I liked that the hotel was structured like a tiny Greek village. It was very close to the port and just a 10-15 minutes walk to chora. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, which makes it very accessible to the beaches and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It features an infinity pool with hydromassage and snack bar. This will forever be one of our favorite places we have stayed. They treat you like family from the second you meet them. We would 10000000% come back and for much longer next time. This is the most gorgeous setting you could ever dream up. The pool is out of this world! The view from the deck, the room, the outdoor areas, the staff... it's all top tier. They make you a beautiful breakfast in the morning, serve you coffee abd tea.. they offered us a welcome drink and picked us up from the port. They went above and beyond in every way. We couldn't have loved our stay more. We were beyond sad to leave. Thank you guys for being an absolute highlight of our travels. We will see you next time!

Guests can also relax in the garden. wonderful property, away from the busy parts but easily walkable. Everything was tastefully appointed and the grounds were meticulously cared for. Th e pool was fantastic and the kids almost preferred the pool to going to the beach.

This isn’t the type of place where you’ll find Nespresso machines, designer toiletries, private plunge pools, or branded beach towels in fancy hotel bags. Right outside the hotel, apart from the sea and a charming little fishermen’s taverna, there’s also a very convenient bus stop. Buses run frequently and take you across the island, including to the capital, Chora. A huge thank you to Dimitris and the lovely Margarita at the reception – your kindness and energy made our stay even more special. A breakfast menu is daily available at extra charge. Guests can relax at the sun loungers available around the pool or enjoy a refreshing drink or a snack at the poolside bar. Exceptionally clean, brilliant staff Elizabeth was so helpful and an excellent location. Super close to old town.

Guests can enjoy a homemade breakfast with a variety of homemade marmalades, fresh homemade bread, Ios thyme honey, fresh orange juice, Greek yogurt, local cheese, homemade cake, fresh fruits and organic eggs. The Avra also has a relaxing terrace furnished with comfortable couches. We received a warm welcome and the lady knew it was our honeymoon trip so she accommodated us in the best way possible. Everything was so great. Port was 3 minutes walking from the hotel and you could easily walk into the car rentals in case you wanted to rent a car.

The simple traditional cycladic decoration and the spacious rooms offer you the best opportunity to relax and feel at home. Each is functional with its own kitchenette. Air conditioning, TV and safe are standard features. Wonderful location and rooms, very friendly host and staff, fantastic island!
