Guests can also relax in the garden. We did a bike trip around balaton. Stayed at 3 places. This one was by far the most beautiful we visited. We met the owner, a very nice gentleman, who told us how he reconstructed the place but at the same time it keeps the historical visual. The place, the rooms, the dining area were absolutely fabulous. Historical feeling with modern facilities / technologies. The owner even let us use his shed to store our bicycles there. 10/10 absolutely recommend and next time we are in Keszthely definitely staying here. Not to mention the place is located cca 7mins walk from the main beach / pier so you dont even need to take taxi or bus to that part. There was music, bars, restaurants, stores, all the nightlife.

Situated just 1.6 km from Thermal Lake Hévíz, Bangó Vendégház provides accommodation in Hévíz with access to a terrace, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. A wonderful building run by a wonderful, welcoming lady. She didn't speak much english but we managed to communicate just fine with the help of google translate. We only stayed one night but this place made us wish we had stayed longer. It was beautifully clean, looked nice and had everything we needed. Our train got cancelled so we ended up arriving late around 9pm. We let the host know and she replied immediately that she will wait around for us until our arrival at no extra cost. We are truly grateful for her kindness. She also said we could keep our bags there after check out if we needed but we ended up leaving Heviz in the morning. Great price and location. About 10 mins walk to hot spring lake Heviz. We didn't hear noise from anyone else staying, it's a very peaceful place to be. With great countryside views from the window. I will be recommending this place to anyone visiting Heviz!

Very nice part of the region. The guest house is located near a huge field and hills further away and is very calm and peaceful. The owners were really welcoming, generous and kind. The kitchen was equipped and great coffee was available. The room was spacious with its own bathroom and a workspace/desk area too, overlooking the nearby hills.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It is well worth the 4 stars. Situated in the middle of its own beautifully landscaped park. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a great log sauna (both low temperature aromatic and high temperature Finnish style). We found both the breakfast and buffet dinner excellent. Unlike many hotels, the room can be almost completely darkened with the thick curtains.
