Hotel Deli River ligt in Medan City en wordt omgeven door tropisch groen en natuurlijke landschappen. Het biedt uitzicht op de Sumatraanse jungle en gratis WiFi. Alles was geweldig! Personeel, zeer schoon, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Een oase van rust en comfort. Wij sliepen er 3 x als tussenstop en telkens geweldig! Ook het eten is lekker. De stad zelf schijnt geen aanrader te wijn dus net ook fijn dat dit buiten de stad zit, scheelt in reistijd.

Grand City Hall Hotel & Serviced Residences is situated in the heart of Medan. It is next door to the Bank Indonesia Complex. Place is very convenient, easy to ascess everywhere. There is car free day every sunday and it was fun to join. Room were nice and clean.

Romlan is een accommodatie met 3 sterren tegenover het strand in Tuk Tuk met heeft een tuin, een privéstrand en een restaurant. Deze accommodatie beschikt over roomservice en een zonneterras. Super sfeervolle accommodatie. (We hadden geluk met een appartement met prachtig uitzicht!). De ferry zet je voor de deur af. Goede keuken, behulpzaam personeel. Jammer dat we zo kort konden blijven.

Laster Jony's is gelegen in Tuk Tuk en heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras, en gratis WiFi. Deze accommodatie beschikt over familiekamers en een barbecue. Honestly, everything. The vibe, the bedroom, the location, the food, them! Hamlet and his wife are so so so nice and so welcoming. This place is extremely beautiful. The view and the place is other level of comfy

Pele's Place ligt in Sabang met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, roomservice, bar, tuin, terras en speeltuin. Zowel WiFi als privéparkeren is bij de homestay gratis beschikbaar. Great food, amazing views and snorkeling right in front. Really sweet staff. 6 nights wasn't enough!

Gokhon Guest House is een accommodatie met 1 ster tegenover het strand in Tuk Tuk met heeft een tuin, een privéstrand en een terras. The place is near eateries so it is convenient. The owner's son was extremely helpful in helping us plan our itinerary and contacting a driver for us for a tour, so we covered many places. The room is spacious and soooo clean that it was nice to walk barefoot. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Freddies Santai Sumurtiga ligt in Sabang, op een paar minuten lopen van Sumur Tiga Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een privéstrand en een terras. We loved our stay at Freddie's! We came here on our honeymoon, and it was amazing. We got in earlier than check-in time and planned on hanging out at the restaurant until check-in time. While eating (the delicious food and coffee), Freddie came up to us and congratulated us and told us he would get us into our villa early and even invited us into his private residence to wait comfortably (which is gorgeous). The villa itself was beautiful and right on the beach. There is a mini mart on the premises that has everything you might need. While staying at the villa, you can order food and get it delivered, and it's still hot! We received a delicious breakfast every day. The staff are absolutely awesome. My husband made good friends with them, and we were invited to a BBQ and other activities with them, where they showed us the local culture and food. The beach is perfect for snorkeling! There is so much beautiful sea life right outside the villa. We rented a motorbike and drove around the island to explore outside of the villa as well. Freddie helped us set up a taxi to get back to the port and was up bright and early with us to wish us goodbye. Highly recommend staying here! :)

Junia Guesthouse Bukit Lawang heeft gratis fietsen, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras in Bukit Lawang. De accommodatie heeft een bar en een Aziatisch restaurant. The staff, the rooms, the environment, everything was the best of the best. Every room they have has something special, a kind of nature feeling. We congratulate the ones who designed it! The staff is always willing to listen and help you out with whatever question you have. They have arranged a Jungle tour for us. We went 3 days 2 nights. Again, nothing is to much. Superb guide who knows a lot of the jungle, the pace is what is convenient for you. Lunch, diner, breakfast its all there, and better then in a hotel 😀. Sleeping in tents in the jungle next to a nice small river.

Het Grand Rocky Hotel is centraal gelegen in Bukittinggi, op 10 minuten lopen van de Jam Gadang en Ngarai Sianok. Breakfast is super good. Love it. Keep it up.... Staff is very very friendly. Food is always hot and neat. Drink, fantastic, lots of choices
