In a peaceful countryside location, this 4-star hotel offers spacious accommodation and superb facilities, including a leisure centre, spa and golf course. The staff were amazingly helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed when we had to make an impromptu stay in Tipperary due to the sudden snowfall. The hotel was a wonderful place to be stranded - we had a delicious carvery before enjoying the pool and spa. The room was immaculate with extremely comfortable beds. We had a wonderful breakfast too. Special thanks to the maintenance team who helped us get out of the car park in all the snow and even cut a safe path all the way to my car with a shovel so that my pregnant sister would get there safely - we are very grateful for incredible service that went above and beyond and look forward to staying again!

Located on the outskirts of Thurles town, Anner Hotel and its leisure centre is a pleasant base with friendly staff, fine food and plenty of comforts. It was clean and classy. Had dinner in the restaurant and a drink at the bar. Very nice.

In the centre of Thurles town, the 18th-century Hayes Hotel offers an on-site restaurant and coffee bar, as well as a nightclub on weekends, with live music and entertainment. The room is spacious and clean. The dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are yummy. The portion is big too. The young girl at the reception is very helpful - many suggestions on where we should spend the time around the area.
