And I can say that front desk staff in this hotel is the best. Thank you for our pleasant stay. Hotel premises are nice and new Wide range of dishes in the hotel restaurants. Food is quite expensive but of high quality Location is very good for transit travelers because the hotel is not far from the airport. And you avoid regular Delhi smog. Comfortable rooms and beds

Taj- Surajkund Resort & Spa is an eco-friendly property surrounded by green trees and forest, designed on the concept of Baoli. The restaurant staffs from Oasis were fantastic. The names I remember are Azit Kumar, Joicy, and Sukhi. Also Chinese and Italian chefs were very accomodating. Their foods were state of art. The room was very spacious with great view by the pool.

The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!

Ospitato in un edificio ispirato all'architettura europea, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Kingdom of Dreams e a 700 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana HUDA City Centre e dall'ospedale Fortis, il Pllazio... Exceptional customer service. On my 1st day in India. I went to many ATM, only got through cash twice. However, my US bank emailed me to state I had 5 transactions. I had to contact my bank ASAP. But I could not make international collect call to reach them. I asked the hotel Duty Manager Mr. Suryakant Pandey to help. He kindly used his personal phone to call my bank directly and hold it for more than half a hour to wait for a representative to be available. Finally, I was able to talk to the bank representative. The problem was verified and solved! Very happy with the rarely found excellent customer service from Mr. Suryakant Pandey. His kind help was highly appreciated.
