During the day, you can go to the main living room to grab a snack and make a coffee or have a glass of water (still or fizzy). You can also relax or read a book in some super comfy armchair. Please notice that in the shower within our room, water came from a head built into the ceiling. We didn't mind, but maybe some people would. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The area is really calm and at 20min from the train station and the pise tower. There is one supermarket at less than 5min, and another one at 5min in Via Guglielmo Oberdan (a central street). Would recommend 100%!
