Ryokan Yamanoyu is gelegen in Minamioguni, op 40 km van Aso vulkaan, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Een originele Ryokan met futons en tatami matten midden in het dorp, gratis parkeren kan dichtbij, eigen Onsen zijn heerlijk en schoon, (Japans) ontbijt/diner/bbq super lekker. Bijzonder lief en attent personeel.

Het Daimaru Besso ligt in Chikushino, op 500 m van de tempel Buso-ji. Het biedt een aantal voorzieningen, waaronder een bar en gratis WiFi. The room was spacious and comfortable. Food was delicious. Service was relaxed and friendly. The garden is incredible. The hot spring bath was so relaxing and well kept up.

Kannawaen is an entirely non-smoking accommodation that features a garden, terrace and bar in Beppu. 100 metres from Hells of Beppu, the property is also 500 metres away from Jigokumushikobo Kannawa. Lovely location. In room onsen was so awesome to have. Views from the balcony were exceptional, mountains, the city and the sea. The food was absolutely gourmet level and was a highlight for us. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

Yunohira Kamiyanagiya is gunstig gelegen in de wijk Yunohira Onsen in Yufu, en bevindt zich op 16 km van Kinrinko Meer, 33 km van station Oita en 37 km van station Beppu. Such a wonderful experience!! It was my father's first time staying at ryokan and he absolutely loved it. The property was beautiful, staff incredibly sweet and friendly, and the meals delicious. The property has indoor and outdoor private onsens. Truly a relaxing experience being in an outdoor onsen, especially in the morning. There is a free coffee machine for espressos in the lobby available at certain hours. We booked with the breakfast and kaiseki dinner included. Everything was delicious and the staff are so on top of bringing out the next course. Lovely experience tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting. Highly recommend staying here!!
