It takes me back to the old days before when people used to call the hotel and make the booking and payment when they check out. The staff helped with the luggage and showed me to the room as well. Wonderful people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn't have an umbrella and they gave me one for free(it was raining🥹) The onsen was really nice. Free half serving of ramen and free ice cream bar was nice too!
