We had a night here after we’d completed a 3 day safari and it was perfect place to relax in comfortable beach front in Mombasa. Our room was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom well appointed. The facilities ar the resort were very good with excellent choices for food and beverage. And then being on the beach front is so good.

We stayed at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa in November as a group of 11 guests and had an excellent experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and of a high standard. The resort’s facilities and strong security provided peace of mind, while its location on a beautiful white sand beach offered the perfect setting for walks. The staff were outstanding. At reception, Elizabeth, Jacklyn, Kavata, Jolinda, Abigail, and Given were consistently helpful and welcoming. In the restaurant, Mercy, Dons, Nancy W, Mary, Nancy H, and Adline ensured our large group was well accommodated, with tables always prepared and service attentive. The food was of high quality, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. A special mention goes to Jane, who decorated my room for my birthday, adding a thoughtful personal touch. Overall, Sarova Whitesands exceeded expectations in service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mombasa.
