The manager spoke really well in english, he and all the staff was wonderfully helpful. They waited for us at the airport with a minibus and after we arrived, the manager sat us down with a map and provided all the directions, useful informations and tips for our stay in Marrakesh (including safety tips, very useful!!!) They helped us book transfers, organize desert trip, and were available 24/7. Having a pool is an essential when staying in Marrakesh, this place has a clean one and we could use it late in the evening as well. Big thumbs up, thank you. Breakfast was authentic, and they provided wine or beer for a reasonable price for guests who requested it. Had fresh towels every day put in our room, and the rooms were tidy. Air condition worked well, but didn't need it really because of good air ventillatiom in the rooms. Location also great: this place is a quiet escape from the jungle of the Medina in a small street, while being in the center of it.

This is a super nice Riad with exceptional staff. The property is well maintained, in a very good location, the breakfast options are very nice and there is a rooftop restaurant. The staff can help you book tours and arrange airport pickup/drop off. We had them arrange a private 2 night tour to Sahara. Got a great private van and English speaking driver/guide.

Its bar and lounge has a terrace fitted with sun beds and its courtyard has a seating area around the basin. I liked everything about this riad, it’s near the centrum, but in a quiet area, it’s very beautiful and clean, the stuff is amazing, kind and helpful. The rooftop has a great view! We had a fantastic breakfast! There is a fantastic dog in the riad in addiction!!! It’s just a bit difficult to find the position at the very beginning, but a local living in the area helped us and didn’t ask for money! We really enjoyed our stay!!

It was my favourite thing in Marrakech. The bedroom was clean, with a good size and a comfortable bed, and always smelled wonderful. The rooftop was beautiful. After strolling around the city's busy streets, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool a few times. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always trying to accommodate our needs, namely when it came to food (vegan). To be honest, I couldn't have been more satisfied. If we ever return to Marrakech, I will definitely stay here again. I would also suggest booking a transfer service with them. It went well, and we didn't have to worry about anything or how to reach the Riad, as someone picked us up and accompanied us (because the taxi couldn't take us to the door).

The grounds are well maintained and the pools were spotless clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate any request possible. They also offered transfer services to and from the City for very reasonable prices. The room was very clean and incredibly well maintained. Coming here was definitely a highlight for me, I didn't want to leave!

In the evening, guests are invited to relax in the lounge with a drink and use the free Wi-Fi provided. Absolutely amazing place. Interior of the building is really beautifull. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast were perfect. Recommend to visit.

It truly exceeded our expectations! We booked this hotel for one night as the hotel we were planning/wanted to stay in was reserved for the first night of our trip. We had such an amazing experience, the room was like an apartment and had a beautiful feel, and all the staff was terrific, we dealt with Soumeya Azhari and she was excellent. Overall an excellent value for your money and a great way to experience Marrakesh. Highly recommend it!!
