Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food. The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.
