Free WiFi access is available throughout. What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful attention to detail. Everything is intentional and looks-and smells-stunning! But the staff and owners are even better than the hotel-and that is really saying something. We were contacted before we arrived asking if they would have snacks and margaritas ready for us when we arrived. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and they kindly made everything gluten free for me!! To include snacks, breakfast and fresh cookies in our room each day! They also made us dinner reservations for every night and made sure they knew I was gluten free. Now, to talk about my favorite part, other than the amazingly kind staff and owners. The breakfasts!!!! They were beyond delicious, and I am very picky. Each day was not only stunning to look at but some of the best food I have eaten in my life. I know their chef will have an amazing culinary career. The owners are so lucky to have found her! A huge thank you to the absolutely amazing staff and owners! I have never felt better taken care of in my life and was greeted with so much kindness!!! We had to change our travel plans, and even though our booking was non-refundable and non-changeable, the hotel kindly offered to change the dates free of charge. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly quick and efficient — they even shared great recommendations for cenotes and restaurants. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis located in a very safe part of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the center. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the breakfasts are excellent. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and truly appreciate their hospitality. If we ever come back to Mérida, we will definitely stay here again.

Located in Valladolid's town centre, Hotel Posada San Juan has an outdoor pool, terraces and gardens to offer to its guests. The property is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi connection access throughout. Loved this hotel! From when Gabriel collected us to bring us to Valladolid, ( & stopping at Cobá to give us a flavour of Mayan culture) it was all amazing. Everyone was so eager to help ( my husband became quite ill) and Rubin and Gabriel were so attentive. Breakfast was gorgeous but the setting of this little oasis is even better. As my husband wasn’t well I opted to eat dinner in hotel. this too was fantastic, as were the cocktails! Thanks so much to Gabriel - recommended an unbelievable guide in Rio Lagartos ( biologist) and a driver to take us there, both whom accommodated a change of day due to illness. Would def return, thank you.
