Immerso in una rigogliosa foresta pluviale con cascate, il Rain Forest Inn sorge a Bertam Valley e presenta camere con pezzi di artigianato locale e vista sul paesaggio naturalistico circostante. We loved our stay at the Rain Forest Inn! We booked a room for two in the longhouse. The accommodation is simple but comfortable, with a clean shared bathroom and shower. However, this place is much more than just a bed to sleep in—it’s an immersive experience of living with the native community on their land, as the family resides on the property. Guests have access to stunning natural pools and a gorgeous waterfall, whose soothing sounds make for a peaceful night’s sleep. The dining area overlooks the waterfall, creating a beautiful setting for meals. Breakfast was included, with generous portions and delicious food. One evening, we opted for the native meal experience, where we not only enjoyed an amazing meal but also took part in preparing it—an interesting and memorable experience. We were also given a demonstration of traditional hunting techniques and even had the chance to try them ourselves. Additionally, we learned about the surrounding nature, including edible flowers and the plants used as natural shampoo. This is a secluded location, perfect for those seeking an authentic indigenous experience. We are so happy we chose the Rain Forest Inn—it was truly a special and unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!

Situato sulle fresche colline di Cameron Highlands, questo hotel sfoggia un'architettura in stile Tudor inglese e offre un ristorante, la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e alcune stanze con vista sulla... Albergo delizioso e ben gestito, camere confortevoli e un ristorante al piano terreno autonomo rispetto alla struttura ma assolutamente da visitare per qualità del cibo. Strana ma piacevole sensazione di essere "fuori contesto" perché l' albergo richiama una dimensione "di montagna" ma del resto questa per la Malesia è vacanza montana. Se decidete di rimanere a dormire visitando le Cameron Highlands è una ottima opzione perché aggiunge fascino al viaggio (in realtà le cose da vedere in loco non sono tantissime e forse anche spostarsi in giornata da KL con operatori locali non sarebbe sbagliato col senno di poi)

Situato a 1.500 metri sul livello del mare, il Cameron Highlands Resort - Small Luxury Hotels of the World offre sistemazioni in un edificio coloniale tra fresca aria di montagna e temperature fredde.... Really nice british-styled hotel and rooms. Nice room service, they even closed our window blinds while we were out for dinner. Afternoon tea was nice, breakfast was a selection of dishes that were prepared for order. They also offer complimentary walks, around 2 hours talking about the history and nature around the hotel.

Circondato da una vegetazione lussureggiante e situato a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro di Tanah Rata e a soli 5 minuti d'auto dalle rinomate aziende agricole dove si coltivano le fragole, l'Highlanders... The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Ubicato su una collina di Cameron Highlands, il Lakehouse è una graziosa casa di campagna di ispirazione inglese che vanta soffitti con travi in legno e letti a baldacchino e offre escursioni guidate... The entire facility is excellent. Rooms are big and comfortable.

The old English vibe. If you’re looking for a hilly resort with old school British cottage feels . Ofcourse hotel is old and run down but that’s what to expect for the bygone era where time stands still. Dont forget to eat the scones with the strawberry produce .
