Nestled in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City, Hilton Kota Kinabalu boasts four dining options, a cocktail bar and an outdoor rooftop pool with a bird’s eye view of the city and harbor. A stunning hotel, the pool, gym and sauna are modern and spotless. Our room was upgraded and was spacious and maintained beautifully. We loved the waterfall shower and huge bed. We got room service and didn’t expect much but the vegan burger was hot and so tasty. Just the luxury we needed after climbing Mount Kinabalu!

Great place to stay! I recommend a minimum of 2 nights to fully enjoy all the facilities. The kids’ play area was awesome, and the sea view was very beautiful. Overall, a wonderful experience for families and anyone looking to relax.

Boasting 6 dining options, an exclusive Chi, The Spa and an outdoor pool with water jets, Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Kota Kinabalu offers luxury beachfront accommodation in Tanjung Aru. Everything was so personalised and beautiful. Even a special chocolate cake was left for a little birthday boy! I was gluten free and the chef Philip and Edward was so incredibly accommodating. Andrew was also a very kind member of staff and my kids adored him!
