Sakrisøy Gjestegård - Manor House in Sakrisøy - Solbakken anno 1880 is housed in a former manor house dating back to 1880 and is located in the area of Moskenes. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available 70 metres away. Everything is exceptional about this place. Every corner inside and outside the property is picturesque. Had the best time there. The rooms, the manager, the kitchen in the basement are really good. We spotted aurora right after we checked in the hotel at 9:30 pm.

The island with the iconic, ochre yellow cabins in the middle of the Reine fjord, The island have been in the care of the Gylseth family for many generations. Pictured in countless commercials, postcards, tv shows and films, this is a destination that you will not easily forget. This was one of the nicest acommodations I have ever stayed at and I would highly recommend it! The decor with the little fireplace was so cozy and the view outside marvellous. Even in bad weather we loved being on Sakrisøy because our place was so nice :) We also enjoyed the many photography spots, the food place, and the antique store close by (walking distance)!

Situated in central Storvågan, Nyvågar offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and 2-floor apartments in traditional Norwegian fishermen’s cottages. All include a balcony or terrace. The Lofot Aquarium is a 3-minute walk away. Fantastic location with a boardwalk and view of the fjord. Staff were so welcoming! The main house has a great bar and an amazing breakfast buffet included. Two bedrooms upstairs were a comfortable size and living and kitchen area were costly and well equipped. Loved this place!

Guests can choose to rent a Deluxe Lodge featuring a private entrance and shared bathroom facilities. An other choice is to rent a the whole Luxury lodge, or a guestroom with a private bathroom in this lodge. Guestrooms in the Luxury lodge share the kitchen facilities. Towels and bed linen are provided. A gorgeous lodge on the edge of the beach in a wonderful location. We also had fantastic weather and were able to view the aurora every night, which definitely met the marketing expectations! The restaurant on site also had amazing food and hospitality. We had an unforgettable experience.

Room was cozy and warm, had all the essentials. Breakfast had multiple choices, was very good and filling.

The dinner was the best we have had in Norway and it was wonderful to be one tiny part of preserving the history of such a beautiful place. We walked to the sculpture garden at our hosts recommendation and we were cozy inside while the wind blew and the sea crashed under the docking in the night.
