The whole staff really made us feel like home, the location with the huge gardens is amazing, and the food is great. If you want to have a homey feeling hotel in the Sacre Valley i strongly recommend them!

Very beautiful building, room was comfortable, staff were great. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Peru. Lovely to have a sitting area and balcony to see the town square. Restaurant was great too.

Melanie, Jesus and their adorable toddler Derian, were wonderful hosts and the property is unique with amazing artwork and wonderful outdoor and indoor areas. We had a triple room that was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. Derian was such a joy and loved playing with our 10 year old :) overall we really loved staying in Ollantaytambo

This is a luxurious, chalet-style retreat with panoramic Andes views. It features a full-service spa and a planetarium, from where you observe the Southern Hemisphere sky. This hotel was outstanding. Highly recommend spending time on the beautiful grounds with panoramic mountain views. Food was excellent, breakfast was plentiful. Staff were very attentive and caring.

The location was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did everything to make sure we had a great time. I planned an engagement at the hotel and they put me in touch with Alejandro who did everything to make sure it went perfectly, which it did. I'm so thankful to him and his team for making it so special.
