The close-up experience with the animals was unforgettable, and the level of hospitality from Basil and Riette was incredible. The lodge facilities are superb, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the terrace was the perfect spot to unwind after a safari—especially with visits from various animals. Truly a magical experience. We’d especially like to highlight the warm hospitality of Basil and Riette, who made us feel so welcome and at home in Kruger. Thank you for everything! Located in Marloth Park, overlooking the Crocodile River and Kruger National Park, Kruger Riverside Lodge - No Load-shedding is a lodge featuring a garden. This property features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The location is superb, the staff even more! The food was amazing, the dinner and the breakfast which was included. The view is perfect, seeing only the nature and you can just walk 30 seconds to the crocodile river where a bench is located. The lodge also organizes game drives themselves which we had (full day game drive with a group of only four people). Further there are many animals coming by, when having dinner outside with all of the lodge guests on one table. So we had the opportunity to connect with the other guests which was a nice experience.
