The ryokan is perfectly clean, room is big, with a table and seats. You are provided yukata to feel the traditional japanese way. Shared bathroom is perfect. The breakfast is exactly as on the photograph, not tradiitional japanese but bred and fruits and vegetables, with egg and small piece of ham. Not enough but several options at metro station offering traditional breakfast early morning (sukiya, matsuya). The ryokan is located in Koganei city, 5min from the Musashi-Koganei metro station; the rapid Chuo Line takes you to the Shinjuku station in ~15 min. Many facilities around the metro station, virtually anything you could search for. Excellent communication with surroundings with bus station next to metro. The big park with the architecture museum is also nearby, perfect for jogging.

Takanawa Hanakohro - in Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa is located in Tokyo, 2.3 km from Ebisu Garden Place. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant.

Everything was perfect. It was a great experience.

Just 600 metres from JR Ikebukuro Train Station, the completely non-smoking Kimi Ryokan offers traditional Japanese rooms with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and futon beds.

I loved everything. During my recent trip in Japan, Kimi Ryokan was my favorite place to stay at. The staff was helpful, and the AC along with a soft bed made sleep highly comfortable. I just loved the cozy feeling of the place overall. This ryokan is located close to public transport, restaurants, and different shops, which was exactly what I needed. I'm definitely coming back next time I stay in Ikebukuro!

The breakfast had high quality and good varieties. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Proximity to keiko kamada station. Room was fabulous. Enough room for a family of 5. Very good communication before we arrived with clear instructions how to check in.

The location was great, with several tube stations nearby. The property was really nice, the room is spacious and comes with mini fridge inside the room. They give you tooth brush when checking in (in case you forgot yours) and they have hairdryers for after the shower. It was nice to see that male and female showers are separate - and same for the toilets.

On an 8-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, Chang Tee Hotel Ikebukuro offers Western and Japanese-style rooms. The hotel has free Wi-Fi and self-service laundry facilities.

Great location, near the station but located in a quiet neighborhood.
