Convenient and no nonsense

Very clean room with Futon (!) furniture of a very good quality. Nice interior design. Excellent central location with great access to the historic city centre.

A non nonsense hotel- comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Well located close to the Hippodrome, Bull Ring and New Street.

This is a lovely place to stay. The staff is so very friendly and will help you in any way possible. Breakfast is excellent! Lots of choice on top of the traditional breakfast. The location is incredible. The beach is literally across the road. Rooms are clean.

This had nice bathrooms and a little kitchen set up, with fridge, sink, hob, microwave, and kettle, plus a small selection of plates, cutlery, etc. Everyone had an outdoor covered picnic bench, and the bell tents had futon matresses, which is a definite step from our usual camping experience. There were fairy lights in the tent and a little heater that we didn't need to use, plus a selection of bbqs to use. Lots of space around each bell tent, very private compared to some camp places.

Easy to find. No nonsense kind of place. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Good price too.

Slightly old-fashioned hotel but very dignified and comfortable. Superb location near Worthing seafront, facing a garden square. Lovely room overlooking the square. Very welcoming staff. Nice traditional breakfast in proper dining room. Excellent value for money.

The stay itself was fine, unfortunately when I looked into banking, they had take money from my account without my consent, which is fraud and very worrying.
