The food was so generous, prepared with the highest level of attention to sourcing local ingredients, respecting seasonal produce, and balancing flavors. This was a really lovely stay.

The meals were very good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Excelent place to arrive to in Japan and catch a glimpse at Mt Fuji.

A personal attendant ensures the guests' comfort. Really nice Ryokan experience. Recommend their wine card. They gave us a room with a Mount Fuji view even though we were supposed to get a lake room view, so that was nice.

Amazing location, staff. Stunning views from the window on Kawaguchiko lake and mount Fuji. Was treated to amazing dinner with wide selection of dishes. Green tea in the room.

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths.

Guests at Jizokan Matsuya Ryokan stay in rooms with shoji paper screens and traditional futon bedding. All rooms are air-conditioned and include a TV and slippers. They were attentive, gentle, kind...they helped us for everything we needed. Honestly, the best hotel we've never been. We loved it!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. The facilities were incredible, the food amazing. We had such a relaxed time.
