Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Excellent hospitality! Their staff was very nice and friendly. They helped to take photos for me & arranged my baggage to the train station. Overall, a perfect service for the guests.

Traditional multi-course dinners, hot-spring baths overlooking old forests, and spacious Japanese rooms with nature views await guests at Negiya Ryofukaku. The dinners both nights were fabulous and the Onsen was also very nice and comfortable.

The best experience and stay we’ve had in Japan. Maybe ever. From start to end the host was so welcoming and sweet. Always made time for us for helping us with reservations, how to wear our typical Japanese yukata. Also the room is so clean and close to all the onsen. The breakfast and coffee is delicious, just 10/10.

We felt at home immediately! It's very very cozy and comfortable. Yuko came to pick us up at the station and prepare a delicious Japanese breakfast we took some bikes and bikes to the onsen and the beach very easily. Also the car is so cute and welcome 🤗

Though a bit distant from Himeji station, the shuttle service provided by the hotel eased the inconvenience of transportation. Staff were kind, food was delicious and representative of Japanese gourmet. The environment was magnificently featured with natural woods and the building itself marks the history and heritance well.

The food was superb and the attention was top notch. The hosts made sure all of our needs were covered and were incredibly attentive, taking care of everything as if we were part of the family. We would definitely go back when visiting Japan.

This place is just wonderful. Really relaxing whilst being a very tightly run ship. The whole place is clean as a whistle and the facilities are outstanding.
