Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Only some rooms include a balcony, tatami floors, and free toiletries. Room was big and very comfortable. A beautiful view from the window if you are on the top floor. Room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff was very friendly. The Onsen baths are small but beautiful. They were not crowded when we visited (early June). Hotel was very quiet. Convenience stores a few metres away.

The staff was super nice, especially Chikako, she was the one who spoke more with us. Even guided us to the station. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the neighborhood is fantastic. All rooms have a private toilet and washbasin, while bathroom facilities are shared. Green tea sets with snacks are provided. Booked the additional dinner. Overall good quality for a good price.

The traditionnal room is amazing, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the peacefullness of the rooms. The bath was pretty relaxing and the staff is so kind and helpful. Its my second time at edo sakura and I still love it very much.
