Staff members are nice, very professional and speak English, same for the owner. I highly recommend to have dinner there, it was delicious. Location is great, around 5 minutes from the main attractions of kusatsu. I would definitely stay there again.

It was the best sleep in 5 weeks in Japan, the outdoors private thermal bath was excellent, the food was beautiful, they accomadated me being vegetarian. The onsens were great, outdoor ones being hotter than indoors. The national park it's in is beautiful. The staff are amazing, just delightful.

All units will provide guests with air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a flat-screen TV. The hotel was great located, clean and in excellent conditions. 8min walking from the bus station, 5 min walking to the centre and 5min walking to the forest. The staff was super friendly and always helpful.

All the staff were exemplary, catering to all our needs. The dinner was worthy of Michelin imo, grande course with so many options. The breakfast too and it snowed so everything was beautiful, the views 😍 We had private onsen room and the room was huge, steeped in tradition and the onsen was lushhhh especially when you open the door the combo of heat and cold! will be back again, recommended!
