Half-board food service was exceptional and staff very accommodating about our requests. English speaking owner and staff provided info about local activities. Authentic experience and good value overall.

Our host was incredibly friendly and made our stay perfect. The BBQ was worth every penny.

This hotel is nestled in some incredible nature; there's a waterfall just 20 minutes walk from here. The rooms, amenities, attention to detail, level of service, and the onsen, all exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

The service and amenities were superb. Everything was well thought of . We like that they considered every detail of their guests needs. It’s a unique experience for guests. The private onsen experience was wonderful… again everything we need was there and even more than what we need. We love everything and it made us want to come back again in Osaka and we will stay longer next time.
