Il Biwako Hanakaido offre vasche termali coperte e all'aperto, 3 punti ristoro e camere con balcone e vista sul Lago Biwako. This place is a real gem for relaxation. Our room had a great view to the Biwa lake, comfy beds, and an open air bath. Our first dinner was a 10+ plate Kaiseki menu, and as our second dinner we chose crab shabu shabu, which was excellent as well. Tried public onsens (indoor and outdoor pools), private onsen, and massage. Wore Yukatas the whole time :) All public and private areas were exceptionally spacious. The staff were very welcoming. There was a shuttle to/from the nearest train station.

Biwako Ryokusuitei offers Japanese-style/Western rooms with Lake Biwako views, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Esperienza da ripetere il prima possibile. Shuttle free bus dell’hotel disponibile a venirvi a prendere alla stazione JR (Treni locali da Kyoto) con ascensore per i bagagli ingombranti. La struttura alberghiera è sulla strada principale insieme ad altri hotels e ristoranti vari nel caso nella vostra prenotazione non includete anche la cena. La nostra camera al sesto piano con Onsen privato e Kimono da indossare in hotel per la colazione o se volete provare l’Onsen pubblico. Inoltre l’hotel offre free happy hours dalle 16:30 alle 18:00.

In una posizione attraente nel quartiere Ogoto Onsen di Otsu, Yumotokan è ubicato a 16 km da Tempio di Enryaku-ji, 17 km da Monte Hiei e 19 km da Tempio Shoren-in. The 11F Onsen is the best!! The view is extraordinary, also the water's heat is very fine. The full set dinner also gives lots of Japanese taste I was looking for. There's also transportation provided by Yumotokan for arriving and departing customers to the nearest station.

Situato a 5 minuti d'auto dalla stazione JR Onsen Ogoto, il Dantokan Kikunoya offre una sorgente termale e camere in stile giapponese con arredi moderni e pavimento in tatami (paglia intrecciata). The staff here are incredible. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. I was so grateful for how hard they all worked and how kind they all were. We also got the breakfast service in our room, which was excellent, and they provided several drinks in the fridge for us for free. They shuttled us from the station and back to it, and we were even sent off by the staff at the end of our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Also, our deluxe suite had the private open air bath, and I can't recommend that enough. It was so relaxing and incredible. Lastly, I personally loved the toiletries and additional things that came with the room (shampoo, straightener, beverages, yukata, pajamas, etc.)

Ubicato a Nagahama, a 26 km da Castello di Hikone, Ryokan Beniayu propone biciclette gratuite, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una sala comune e una terrazza. The staff was extremely kind and caring. There is a shuttle to and from the train station which is practical. The view was beautiful and it was very peaceful.

Ubicato a Nagahama, a 14 km da Castello di Hikone, 長浜城下 町屋ホテル 和乃リトリートひといき propone un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una terrazza e un bar. This was one of the best and aesthetically pleasing stays in my life up to this point. The tastefulness of the room aswell as the whole hotel was truly amazing. The minute I stepped in I knew I had to write something here. The staff also was immensly polite and friendly.

Situato a Hikone, a 2,7 km da Castello di Hikone e 6 km da Stazione Ferroviaria di Maibara, KAMENOI HOTEL Hikone prevede un ristorante e il WiFi gratuito in tutta la struttura, oltre a un parcheggio... Amazing food, pleasant staff and great onsen. Frequent shuttles to and from train station was a plus.

Situato a Hikone, a 900 metri da Castello di Hikone, Honmachi Juku prevede un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito e una sala comune. Very cosy and welcoming. The area is very nice with the temple just beside it and a small garden. The ryokan is beautiful. The owners are very friendly people.

Posizionato a Hikone (Shiga), Kiyotaki Ryokan è ubicato a 8 km da Santuario di Taga-taisha. Con un giardino, questo ryokan a 2 stelle dispone di camere climatizzate con WiFi gratuito e bagno in... I absolutely loved my stay at Hikone and Kiyotaki ryokan. The room I stayed in was spacious and smelled of tatami, the bath was newly and renovated and comfortable, there was a small table in room along with a kettle and a teapot set perfect for a cup of tea in the morning. This was both one of my favorite stays in Japan so far as well as one of the cheaper ones. The owner of this ryokan is super friendly well. He gave me tips on what to see as well as a map of local cafes and restaurants and other tourist attractions which he himself helped make. Overall the stay was super friendly and I hope to come back in the future and even book the dinner this time.
