Love this place, the owner was so friendly. Not much English but was no issue. The room was lovely, great onsen. 1000 yen for breakfast was worth it.

Both dinner and breakfast were very tastefully presented and the variety was generous including local produce. The yukatas came in different colors and patterns, one could pick without having to pay extra,where other places would have charge 500yen. There were welcome drinks and snacks. Popsicles after onsen. Onsen had indoor , outdoor, hot, cold, lying, sitting, plus sauna. Massage chairs were also free for enjoyment. The location could not be better if you want to walk up to the Kotohiragu. There were lots of shops and eateries along the route.

Great luxury housing, worth the price. The traditional Japanese rooms are very beautiful, the place has an indoor bath and service is great.

La cena. Buonissima è dire poco Se volete farci una buona mangiata di pesce, è il posto giusto. Cena con pesce alla griglia, bollito, crudo. Tutto straordinario!

Dotato di una splendida vista sul paesaggio naturale dalla sua vasca termale all'ultimo piano, l'Hotel Kazurabashi offre camere in stile giapponese, una sala ristorazione, dove il cibo viene preparato... The valley is beautiful and the hotel itself looks cozy and authentic. All the facilities were great and the views from rooms and onsens were incredible. All the stuff as well as the owner were very welcoming and courteous. And the owner beautifully sang us local song. Overall it was pleasant and relaxing experience, that we will remember for long. (Would 100% recommend booking a special dinner)

Ubicato a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR Kotohira, il Kotohira Kadan offre bagni termali naturali, spaziose camere in stile giapponese, alcune con vasca termale privata all'aperto, e la... Lovely room with a great view of the garden and distant mountains. The private bath on our balcony was excellent plus there was another bath that could be booked for private use with a view of the forest, free of charge. We had 2 kaiseki dinners which were delicious. There was plenty of food but the portions were more manageable than some similar hotels. The tempura was the best we've ever had! Staff were very friendly. You can walk to Kompira-san via a direct route from behind the property. There was a hotel shuttle bus to the station.
