Lovely resort right in the middle of Da Nang. Everything here is perfect, all the staffs are so friendly and helpful breakfast is amazing, especially the Onsen included (best one in DN for sure), super quiet and the room is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were welcoming, always helpful. The resort was calm (no kids jumping randomly in the pool 😉) The 11-22h all-inclusive was great (great food choice (Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese/European) We had in our all-inclusive for 14 days one massage 60" per day which was very appreciated, gread variety of massage (mostly strong massage). We visited the onsen once a day, very calm, well organized. It was our honeymoon and the staff especially in the restaurant were very helpful/ joyful, especially My, Hue, Nhu Y.

Overall was very good. Onsen spa was fantastic. Restaurant staff were excellent, Như ý, Huệ and Mình were friendly and courteous. Great communication skills.

Beautiful location lots of people stay for onsen, lovely feel not too fat from centre short taxi ride. Food service and onsen good.

The whole resort looks good, nice and open spaces. Very friendly english-speaking staff. The Onsen area is also nice (men and women separated btw). Breakfast had a big variety, and the freshly made dishes tasted good (I recommend the Beef Pho). View from the pool is also nice.

All great things through check in until check out. The hotel has full facilities: waterparks, many pools, onsen, nice restaurants, beach bar etc. so that you need few days to explore and experience. Recommend at least 3 day 2 night staying.

Location is bit out of town, but was just there for the kids. The outdoor and indoor pools were amazing, we pretty much spend the whole day there, Japanese onsen on the 4th level was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were big and very clean.

The staff was so very helpful! They arranged a taxi for us, so we didn't have to think about it after a long flight. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Also. the room is great! For a family, it's so nice to have the futon where our kid could play and sleep and just have his own time if he wanted.

They upgraded us to a villa and that was excellent. The breakfast was good. Onsen was a nice experience
