We love and really were relax at Shiki Onsen pools with helpful staffs. There is also big outside swimming pool and nice view beside many greens. We enjoyed 3 meals there with delicious local foods. We will come back soonest for the longer staying.

I like futon beds, but it should be said on the description, the view if the the glass would have been clean.

Great Homestay both in terms of location and hospitality! Lan is truly the most amazing host - she gave us tips for life in Hanoi and cooked us the traditional breakfast! will definitely come back❤️

The hotel is centrally located in Old Quarters. The room was clean, big, airy and had a tiny balcony too which is much welcome. The bathroom had a bath tub too. Breakfast was basic but tasty - with options of eggs, traditional breakfast, fruit and great coffee. The staff was exceptionally helpful and greeted us with big smiles. They also helped arranged our tour to Halong bay. This hotel has good amenities and was value for money.
