We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Epoka and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the owners for such a perfect experience. From the very first moment, the villa felt incredibly warm, welcoming, and cozy. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and maintained to the highest standard. It truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking and spending time together very enjoyable. The living room is especially cozy, perfect for relaxing in the evenings — and we were pleasantly surprised to find board games, which we played together as a family. Those moments made our stay even more special and memorable. The atmosphere of the villa is calm, warm, and full of care for guests. You can really feel how much love and attention has been put into every detail. Everything we needed was there, and more. Thank you so much for your hospitality, kindness, and for creating such a beautiful place. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would 100% recommend Villa Epoka to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and a special place to stay. Great Location, calm area, 2 mins distance to bus stand, grocery store. View of the mountains from balcony was wonderful. To reach the place, most efficient way is to get the Bus No. 105 from Interlaken West station & drop at Matten b. I. Gsteigstrasse, it is a 1 min walk or you may take Bus No. 104 from Interlaken OST station & drop at Matten b. I., Mattenstrasse then 1 min walk (follow the google map). Very comfortable beds and maximum 6 people can accommodate comfortably. The only problem is that it have only 1 bathing area (with WC) & 1 separate WC which is a bit issue (those who preferred bathing in the morning). However all other amenities are exceptionally good. You get a full fledged kitchen. Our stay was WONDERFUL!!!

This is a family hotel of local. One of the purpose of my trip is to experience local houses of wood, this is the right one! Very friendly family, with their lovely dog and animals. The rooms are cozy, warm, with one big kitchen of all we need, a bedroom and living room with sofa, table and TV. If you want to expericence rooms and life of local people, this is where you'll like.

The hostess was superfriendly and helpful and made me feel like a welcomed quest. Apartment was bright, spacious, well kept and supertidy. Kitchen was fully equipped. The host was very friendly and we were treated like very special guests. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen appliances, utensils and even basic cooking essential spices and oils. The view from the house was stunning with the beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. The location is convenient with a direct bus every 30 min (5 bus stops ride) to interlaken ost train station. The only slight difficulty was the uphill to the house which is unavoidable if you prefer to have a house with beautiful views.

I recommend this place, and it has a wonderful view from the balcony, a clean kitchen setup, a tidy bathroom, and a cozy bedroom. We also received our guest cards on arrival, which we used to roam around in the Interlaken region by bus/train. The staff was very supportive in all the cases, available on call. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
