A true gem in the heart of Kos! Unicos City Suites impressed us from the moment we arrived. The space is modern, beautifully designed, and radiates a sense of comfort and understated luxury. It had everything we needed – and more: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a bright, spacious bedroom. The location was superb – just a short walk to the beach, the harbor, and close to great restaurants and shops. Everything was within easy walking distance. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were always helpful, polite, and professional. It felt like staying in a boutique hotel with all the comfort of a private apartment. Definitely one of those places we’d love to return to!

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Katerina and the rest of the staff went above and beyond with everything! Helped us with booking the best restaurants on the island and helped us with taxis etc! You can order food and drinks to your villa at a more than reasonable price. The private pool is certainly big enough to swim around in and it’s amazing! Such a relaxing place!

This is an excellent guest house located in the historical centre of the wonderful Kos in a calm and quite place. It is close to the harbour, all the good restaurants and the bus station, it will take you just few minutes to walk to the architectural sites of the city. Pauline, her husband and her sister are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, friendly and caring. We were happy to get to know this wonderful family. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our 3 days stay. Even if you lack something Pauline and her family will sure help you out. We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

I had a great stay here. The place was clean, quiet, and very peaceful. The host was thoughtful enough to put fresh fruit in the fridge, and even had some crackers ready for us,perfect for a little snack if we felt hungry. The apartment is also very close to the city center, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommended!
